This is a note to myself... When the guy at the hardware store offers to put together the new gas grill... let him!!! No matter how much time you think you have. We were real close to not being able to cook steak last night. I think it ended up taking me 3 hours to put the grill together, but in the end the dinner was great and the grill is almost finished. I didn't put the side burner on in the dark last night, but will finish that today.
